Located across the waterway from El Gris, the Ghetto Nuovo is home to the majority of Madrenice's lower class. Here racial disparity is seen at it's lowest, where outdated Automata exist with aging poor Fae and Human. Squat row homes line canals and laundry lines trapeze from window to window. Most residents here are working, in El Gris or in the city. Compared to other ghettos in the city Ghetto Nuovo ("New Ghetto") is considered one of the safer one, with a stronger support system and low crime. Unlike other ghettos, because of it's location to lower-class work (Madrenice Seaport, El Gris), inhabitants tend to move to Ghetto Nuovo by choice. Because of it's proximity to center city, police presence is considerable.
